1. Pick-League General Rules:

1.1 Pick-league is played in leaguemode (-lm). The first team starts with Sentinel then plays Scourge. The winner of both games will get three points else both teams will get one point.
1.2 If both teams agree you can also play the game with normal pick mode, but you can't pick warlock or alchemist then.
1.3 The current map for pick-league games is 6.37.
1.4 You need at least five players in your team to join a league.
1.5 Only registered, non marked players (red or orange) of your team are allowed to play with their correct bnet account. If one of your members plays with a wrong bnet account, your team will get a default loss.
1.6 There are ten Teams per division (if not told otherwise).
1.7 In Division 1 and 2 your team will be kicked if you get the second default loss. In all other Divsions if you get the third default loss.
1.8 There will be two games per week against the same opponent (sentinel and scourge).
1.9 Teams can freely choose their match date. If they don`t agree, there is a default date at each Sunday 7.p.m (league time). You have to write a match comment containing your chosen match date on every Wednesday even it is the default day.
1.10 If a team doesn't post a match comment containing their chosen match date on every Wednesday even it is the default day, the other team can complain for a default win.
1.11 For division 1 and 2, GG Client is compulsory for all the games, if one of the teams is not able to play on GGC, then their opponents will host both games on Bnet.
1.12 All the rules in the "community" category are also used in pick-league.

2. On the arranged match date/time rules:

2.1 On match date you have to wait 15 minutes for your opponent.
2.2 If one team is not complete (that means 4 or less players) the other team may claim the win. But they`re also allowed to play 5 vs. 4 or any other mode if both teams agree.
2.3 If a team is not complete after 15 minutes from the arranged match date/time, the other team may complain for a default win.
2.4 If both teams agree, you can also play with -sc -dm -tr -id -em -no powerups.
2.5 Sentinel hosts game.
2.6 Pauses are allowed, but a maximum of two pauses, each 5 minutes, per team.
If you cannot agree for longer pauses the game can be resumed after 5 minutes, before pausing and unpausing you need to inform your enemy about this, so you don`t get any advantage.
2.7 If a disconnect occurs before firstblood and the gametime is still under 10 minutes, you'll have to remake the game.
2.8 Maximum of two remakes per team.
2.9 There is no need to restart game if a disconnect occurs after 10 minutes or after the firstblood has been taken. You can do it if both teams agree. You can save the game sometimes. It would be fair to use it if not to long ago, but it`s not binding.
2.10 If one hero disconnects and there is no remake, you are allowed to. 1) Use the hero and his items. 2) Sell all items from the hero. You are not allowed to take the items and sell them, or take the items and use them! This rule means that you can teamsell the items and still use the leaver.
2.11 After a remake the players have to pick the same heros and items and have to restock the same lanes. After the first creep contact everyone is allowed to change his lane.
2.12 After your match please enter result or confirm your enemy`s result as fast as possible.
2.13 You have to upload the replays of your games. If there is no replays you will get no points for this game. Its enough if one team uploaded the replays.
2.14 The host of each game (ladder and single instant games) has to communicate that he is hosting the game.
Use the match-comment function to show the others player that you are the host.

3. Known bugs and restrictions:

3.1 Bug using may result in a Default loss.
3.2 No creep skipping. This means you are not allowed to attack towers or other buildings without creep support. You are allowed to attack any building in enemy base if you reached the base with creeps. You don`t have to cancel your attack if all creeps are dead.
3.3 Only two Mekansm per team.
3.4 Only one Necronomicon per team.
3.5 Maximum of two euls/guinsoos per team.
3.6 A team is not allowed to buy items for other players, but sharing healing/clarity potions, ring of health/regeneration, voidstone/sobimask, Perserverance and a chicken is allowed. Be careful during sharing because you can accidently build recipe items.
3.7. You can use other heros to buy your items as long as you use your money and they are not used by this hero.
3.8 Completely closing the entrance to the base using earthshakers fissure is forbidden.
3.9 It is not allowed to block creeps with the use of spells, such as fissure, sprout etc. You may only block creeps by physically intercepting them with your hero model only.
3.10 Making radiance on Syllabear`s bear is forbidden.
